By accessing alphalead.ai (the “Site”) or engaging Alphalead (“Alphalead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or our services.

Alphalead provides marketing and lead generation services for local service businesses, which may include paid advertising management, search engine optimization, website design, review and reputation management, and related growth services, delivered under the specific plan (Starter, Growth, or Ultimate) or custom plan you select.

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in contract, and can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Advertising spend for platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from our service fee and is paid by you directly to those platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting forms or requesting a plan. You may not use the Site to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or misrepresent your identity or business.

The Site links to or embeds third-party tools, including Calendly for scheduling and Google/Microsoft tools for analytics. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Alphalead or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written permission.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. The Site and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alphalead is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your plan at any time in accordance with Section 2. We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms or fail to pay amounts owed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we'll update the date below. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
